Dr. Phillip Schable, while heading the Dept. of Poultry Sciences at Michigan State University, made a study of the European Literature on adding Diatomaceous Eath to dairy cows and made the following report:
"DE contains 15 trace minerals important to an animal’s diet. DE mixes well with all feed while guarding against insect damage. It prevents worms and keeps virus epidemics from developing. Saves albumen, destroys harmfuls acids, safeguards the stomach, improves health and growth of young animals. Causes better digestions, allowing animals to absorb a higher percentage of protein from their regular diet". MORE ON LIVESTOCK!
